Addison and her Daddy's Beard

Andrew is growing a beard (this may be his last chance to do so for many years!).  At first Addison wasn't a big fan of it, but it seems like she is adjusting!  Here is a video of her enjoying Daddy with a beard:

We have also tried elbow pasta with parmesan, puff cereal, watermelon, and peas.  Her pincer grasp is getting better every day, but the dogs are enjoying the learning process too!

Today Addison started crawling! She is slow and a little unsure about it still, but she is definitely mobile. I will try to get a good video of her tomorrow!

Today it was cold and windy so we used our Bundleme Lite.

22 more days until Addi and I will be in FL!  Andrew is sick, in fact he is still sleeping and its almost one. 

First Cold

Went to the doctor today and it turns out that Addison has her first cold.  Her ears are fine, she is breathing fine, she had a low-grade temp, and a stuffy nose.  He said that it is normal for babies to get about one cold per month in the winter time.  Colds may last up to two weeks.  My poor baby : (

Crabby Baby

Addison has been a little on the crabby side since her teeth came and her runny nose started...we are going to the doctor tomorrow to get a check up.  She is still sleeping well at night, but not napping well which makes her a bit crabby.  So we have been distracting her with new experiences.

We put her in a box.  She loved it for about 15 minutes!

We walked to the Children's Museum.

We "bathed" all of the toys she puts in her mouth.

We went to Seneca Park to enjoy the lovely weather and some crunchy leaves.

The distractions work, but I want my well rested, happy baby back.  Looking forward to our doctor's visit.

7 months old

Today Addison is 7 months old! 

A few days ago I tried crocheting...the flowers in her hair were my first project.

One more month until we are FL bound!
