This is happening right now. Minus the girls. Thank you Mom and Steve for letting Andrew and I have this time. We will miss our girls so much though!

Touch a Truck
Saturday morning we went to "Touch a Truck" at a local park. There were so many different types of trucks and I thought Addison would be so into it. Instead she was a little nervous about the whole "Touch a Truck" part and she was worried that they would hit her (they were all parked). But she did enjoy part of it!

Audrey liked the shiny wheels
PS, it is getting so incredibly hot.
Happy Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day!
If you ask any father with young children what they want on Father's Day, they will probably give you a similar wish that Andrew had: to sleep in, time to read a book, and to watch some sports on TV. Well, he got part of his wish. He took Addison to swim lessons early this morning and worked during nap time. But he is currently watching sports and he did do some reading!
Addison made him this "I Love You <3" pillowcase! She wrote the letters in pencil and I traced them in fabric marker.
It was nice to talk to all of our father's too today! We love you all!
Addison started ballet last week! She did really well the first 30 minutes and then observed the last 15 minutes... in true Addison style!
Loving the art museum!
Andrew flew home early enough on Friday for Addison to see the taxi cab!
OKAY, its been an emotional day for me. This morning I nursed Audrey for the last time. I've slowly been weaning her over the past two months. She sleeps through the night now...11-12 hours! The last feeding to go was the morning one because it is my favorite one, hers too. She wakes up between 6:30-7:00am and I bring her in bed with me and lay down to feed her. We snuggle under the covers for twenty to thirty minutes as she eats and I embrace her. She is so active and busy these days and I just treasured our morning ritual. I'm so glad I was able to nurse both her and Addison for one full year each. The first few months were brutal, but the last 10 or so were wonderful. I guess Audrey is a toddler now, but she will always be my baby.

Mommy & Daughter (#1) Date!
Addison filled up her marble jar and begged to go to the water park at CB Smith park. We drive past it almost every day! So this morning while Audrey napped and Daddy was home, we went together on a Mommy & Daughter (#1) date!
I brought the go pro camera! (Thank you Rob for inspiring me to use it and thank you Dad and Kim for giving it to us way back when!)

Life with my girls
We went to visit Poppy on Sunday. He seems to be doing well and staying positive. Mom is doing a good job too taking care of him, the house, and the animals.
Hopefully we didn't tire him out too much!
On our way home we had dinner with the Ritters. Everyone was home!
Audrey walking for the first time around Flamingo Gardens. Watch out peacocks!
Thank Aunt Tiffany for the gift membership to Young at Art Museum! We LOVE it! I'm sure we will visit the museum once a week!
Audrey loves this tunnel at the playground!

geese
(also notice that Audrey is holding a pair of Addison's underwear again)
Flying Aba
Addison and I made these necklaces today!
1) I love when they play together
2) notice how Addison uses her hands as people ... she named one of them "Cheese".
