July Freedom

It's summer! The sprinklers are on and the pool is OPEN!!!

Happy Fourth!

The plants are getting HUGE.

This is how all selfies should look.

Uncle Time! So good to see Stephen and Benjamin!

Audrey's and our neighbor's first time seeing a rainbow (and remembering it!).

'tis the season for messy watermelon!

Rainy day fun...Lego m&m dispenser!

We've been going to the pool a few times a week by bike and then picking up a free school lunch afterward! The turkey-baloney and salami-ham is weird BUT the rest is good! haha.

Ice cream

Monday was Andrew's first day at Ritter Law LLC! The girls and I have enjoyed our freedom living the homeschool life and now it's Andrew's turn to join us as his own boss.

The sunflowers are now almost as tall as me.

June catch up

This year we planted cucumbers and sunflowers in the building garden.

We helped Tiffany and Rob release a ton of ladybugs!

Tiffany and Rob's plot.

Audrey's hiding spot.

The "school year" is coming to a close for us this month. All our extra activities will end and we will take a little break.

Don't worry Audrey, we will get to a real beach soon!

I must learn how to make this pistachio bread.

They still love Legos more than anything.

We took another trip to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.

Finally got to see the Bonsai's!

The discovery garden is super fun!

The girls loved the face on the tree.

My turtle girl.

The girls wanted a lemon party for Father's Day. So Andrew got his annual lemon squares, lemonade, and the girls wore their lemon dresses (free squeezes).

Audrey's first "mini Olympics"

Addison's mini O.

Addison lost her third tooth.

The girls had their dance recital.

Andrew is still taking Addison climbing once a month

Prospect Park Carousel

We were so excited to go to the Leffert's House after reading "Little House in the Big Woods"

Then of course, we stopped by the Prospect Park Zoo next door.

On the last day of parkour class, Addison amazed me with her bravery and she jumped into the pit from the high platform.

We went to the homeschool field day in CP and the girls got their faces painted by another little girl.

Our plants are starting to grow!

I always want to remember how Audrey writes her name right now.
